The aim of coaching is to begin with the present moment, set and accomplish goals. As a coach, I help people discover tools to have perspective shifts, build confidence and resilience moving towards the future that God has for you.

The role of a counselor/therapist is to treat, diagnose and work with mental illness and mental health. A counselor/therapist is licensed through a state board and works to help individuals with their past, often traumas, and focuses on healing. Coaching should and is NOT a replacement or substitution for medical, professional, or clinical advice, direction, or understanding. Please seek and consult with a licensed professional for help should you find counseling is what you need.  Should we begin working together and decide that counseling is a better fit for you, I will refer you to a licensed professional.
