Dreaming BIG is believing BIG…..

We ALL have ideas, visions, desires, & dreams for our lives.  But, doesn’t it sometimes feel impractical or on that “yeah, someday” list?!

What gets confusing is sometimes we view our wants as this is what we NEED without fully understanding what it really means to have desires.

Psalm 37:4, “Delight thyself also in the Lord, and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart…”

Delight simply means that we acknowledge and commit to what HIS plan is for our lives.  He is far more capable of providing in 20 minutes what can take us 2 years!  So, the first step is to delight, or commit yourself and your dream and be open to what He will do. 

That takes us to KNOWING that God is supplying all of your needs (Phil 4:10) !

James 1:3-6 narrows in on what it takes to dream big:

1. But let patience have her perfect work
2.  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God
3. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering

If you look at these 3 steps from James, you need patience, wisdom, and faith.

That’s it!

You don’t have to know how God will provide but you have to believe that…..

HE IS ABLE!

Part of your faith is not an internal belief system that “If you think it, it will happen…”  The true testament of faith is believing, knowing, and expecting that God is ABLE to provide!

There’s no better time to start dreaming than right now!
