Body-Core Health & Nutrition Principles

Nutrition is key and is 80% of the work you put in.  If you have a fantastic exercise routine but your diet is off, your progress is limited.

Together, we will focus on designing your personal nutrition plan.  We will start with the basics with special focus on inflammation, stress factors, sugar, sleep patterns, certain habits, etc.  Not to mention, digestive health is the key to optimal health!  For many, their digestive system is off track without even knowing it.  You may not have certain “digestive signs and symptoms” but did you know that digestive issues lead to several autoimmune diseases and disorders?  We will cover topics like what it means to be “Gluten-free” and find out if it’s really for you or not.
