What does the word “whole” mean to you?

Full? Complete?

In comparison to your wellness, do you feel like you are at the beginning of your journey or nearing the end with feeling whole?

Do you wish there were days when you felt like you had it ALL together? Perhaps, if you could have just a few moments where you wish you could just breathe again…. above the heavy weight?

It’s easy to feel like you did a complete nose dive to the bottom of the pool yet trying to get back to the top….. you just keep swimming up, up , up but feel like you’re not anywhere remotely close to the surface. You feel like you’re drowning and quickly losing your energy to keep trying.

But,

What if I told you there’s a way to not go sooo far down in the pool. There’s an easier way that keeps you much closer to the top. Here, you’ll experience no panic, instead you’ll know that with one mighty movement, you’ll be above the water in no time.

And you might go back down just to try it again because the victory felt so good!

It all starts with one thing….perspective.

When we have a clear perspective on our circumstances, we have more room to find balance. You need balance in order to keep your perspective healthy.

So when it comes to the 3 essential parts of your health— Mind, Body, & Soul….are you balanced? Do you have a clear perspective? Can you identify the one weight that keeps pulling you down, in turn, throwing off the other two from being balanced?

That’s where wholeness comes in. To be “wholesome” with your health basically means your mind, body, & soul support each other instead of one taking over the other.

It’s a journey.

But it starts with these 5 steps….

1. Get clear – gaining clarity around the heavy weight is priority
2. Choose Mind over Matter– know you are stronger than your circumstance because you know HIM who is capable of all things
3. Know you’re not stuck–no matter how stuck you feel!
4. Get help– it’s impossible to master this alone, you need support and a cheerleader
5. Build up your faith– faith alone is the change maker.
