Are you living in the Here & Now?

Despite any type of limitations, frustrations, or hardships you’re currently facing, how would you describe your outlook on life?

Are you focused on the troubles before you where they are totally consuming you with worry and fear? Or, are you going through moment by moment knowing ‘this too shall pass?…’

Have you ever considered that your current moments, everything that seems SO wrong to you today, is actually building you and defining your character?

While that is very difficult to grasp as it doesn’t make our troubles disappear or get any better….it should give you a little HOPE within your difficult moments.

Without acknowledging that what is currently happening in our life has a certain meaning, we miss huge lessons and opportunities to know what it truly means to live!

There’s no greater time to be alive than right now!

Right now!

Find peace with what is on your plate and find comfort in who you are becoming in and out of your struggle. Placing focus and learning to be present in the moment not only changes our perspective on the problems, but it equips us with being the best version of ourselves. If we went through life without any hardships, we would be really, really weak people! We wouldnt know what it means to grow and truly live.

So I encourage you today that whatever may seem like it’s getting in the way of your life, or hardships, trials, situations that seem impossible to navigate through….. Be Present in the Here and Now and know that you are exactly where you need to be. Start to view “this thing” as “there’s a solution on it’s way” and let your faith in God determine the outcome.

To encourage you some more, here is an incredible song by Hillsong United that shows us what it’s like to live in the present….we find grace.
“Skies spin their dance
Within Your breath
Time runs it’s race
Within Your hand

And my mind runs wild
To comprehend
What no mind on earth
Could understand

Your ways are higher
Your thoughts are wilder
Love came like madness
Poured out in blood – wash romance
It makes no sense but this is grace
And I know You’re with me in this place”
